Sales Tax Incentives Manager The candidate will manage all negotiated and non-negotiated sales tax incentive compliance responsibilities across multiple impacted teams including determination of proposed incentive benefits and tracking all savings achieved. Will manage the identification, planning, and execution of all non-negotiated sales tax incentives while developing best in class implementation and communication plans. Manage various sales tax recovery projects identified either internally or with assistance of external tax advisors or vendors. Research and document sales tax incentive issues, positions and processes. Develop and implement process improvements with current sales tax incentive reporting functions. Mentor and develop cross-functional team members based on their strengths and areas of improvements. CPA and/or MST/JD degree is considered. BS / BA degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent is needed. Should have 6+ years transaction (indirect) tax experience. Experience in sales tax incentives with a public accounting firm, major law firm, and/or Multinational Corporation is preferred. Project management skills is needed. Strong proven abilities to mentor and develop talent internally is essential. Strong Excel skills is essential.
