Estate Planning and Administration Attorney The candidate will handle a variety of legal matters in the areas of estates, trusts, and related business transactions. Will draft revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, family limited partnerships and LLCs, and other documents for estates within a wide range of net worth. Also, will be responsible for administering probates and trust estates and will be expected to prepare and review agreements, business filings and other documents related to the estates’ business matters. Will be involved in handling sophisticated wealth transfer planning, trusts and estates, probates and closely held business matters and related transactions with heavy emphasis on the agricultural industry.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have 1-5 years of experience in drafting complex estate planning documents. Experience in estate and tax planning for individuals and their closely held businesses as well as experience with estate administration, business succession and tax issues are essential.
