Tax - Senior Manager - Trust and Estates The candidate will provide high level personal financial, income tax and estate/trust planning services. Will review trust, estate and foundation tax returns. Research tax laws, prepare tax memorandums on technical topics, and develop tax savings strategies. Manage and drive the success of multiple engagements. Manage all aspects of client accounts and foster client relationships. Manage within budgetary and time constraints while providing a high-level of client satisfaction. Expand services to existing clients and develop new business relationships. Provide appropriate and timely performance feedback to those supervised. Conduct internal training courses or seminars on technical subjects.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have an undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting. Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation or Law desired. CPA licensure or J.D. degree required. Must have 10+ years of experience in dealing with high net worth clients. Should have 5+ years of managerial experience. Recent public accounting experience required. Tax Advisory and Estate Planning experience needed. Exposure to Tax preparation and research software required including RIA, CCH, BNA, ProFx desired.
