ProfileTax Manager The candidate will be required to provide the following services, often independently of Director or Vice President direct involvement. Draft an annual Master File, describing the worldwide business by segment and how it operates throughout the world including value creation, financing and intangibles. Also draft more complex local files, which describe the business in each country, and perform benchmarking studies to measure comparable transactions. Review local files prepared by Transfer Pricing staff. Conduct functional interviews to support the Transfer Pricing documentation. Review transfer pricing reconciliations prepared by Transfer Pricing staff, as well as financial statements for each entity. Prepare the CbC report each year, and analyze results for comparison with the Master File. Monitor the legislative updates for CbC, Master File, Local File and other Transfer Pricing regulations. Manage the Transfer Pricing Compliance Calendar including notification requirements, Transfer Pricing Forms, and Local Files which must be filed with Tax Authorities. Provide audit support as it relates to tax audits (international, federal, and state) either internally or working with outside advisors. Assist with the analysis and research regarding tax aspects of business expansion, including entering into new markets, products, and cross border transactions involving multiple tax jurisdictions. Coordinate with the international tax compliance team in the delivery of the tax compliance requirements, including Subpart F, earnings & profits, foreign tax credits, and other related forms and disclosures. Masters in tax, J.D./L.L.M. degree with a focus in tax preferred, economics is a plus. Ability to think critically about potential tax issues, research, develop, and document solutions, and make recommendations to resolve required. Transfer pricing experience drafting documentation studies is preferred. Strong working knowledge with US and International Tax laws and regulations required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to frame tax issues for diverse stakeholders required. Strong computer (Microsoft Excel, HFM Adhoc, and Corptax) and tax technical skills, with focus on accuracy, strong reasoning and logic skills required. Effectively communicates and collaborates with team members and other departments as well as external advisors, financial auditors and tax authorities required.
