Senior Corporate/Regulatory Paralegal - Healthcare Responsibilities: Creation and upkeep of corporate minute books and stock record books. Complete and file various forms with state and federal agencies. Draft corporate resolutions, bylaws, operating agreements, etc. Perform public searches of all kinds, including federal and state lien searches, financing statements, and secretary of state records. Assist in closing binder preparation and distribution, and with other corporate document distributions. Organizes, labels and files materials as directed.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Bachelor degree and Paralegal certificate from ABA- approved program is preferred. 10+ years of prior corporate paralegal experience in a mid to large size law firm strongly desired. Corporate Healthcare experience is strongly preferred. Proficiency in working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat. Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
