Assist Real Estate Attorneys with review of ALTA surveys, title reports and underlying exception documents, third party reports, escrow instructions, legal descriptions, vesting deeds, tax, tract and parcel maps, and title policies and endorsement requirements; resolve issues, if any. Responsibilities also include due diligence production and/or review, preparing summaries of critical dates and lease abstracts, maintaining diligence checklists and coordinating closings on loan financing, acquisition/disposition and leasing transactions. Prepare and/or review transactional documents and oversee completion of transaction closing binders for clients.
Leasing experience and some corporate background a plus.
