Review:

"A Team Effort"

Current Employee - Reviewed on September 02, 2017

Management should simply hire less and take on more cases. The high turnover rate of attorneys is primarily due to the low payment scale.

Pros : Teamwork was implemented in the firm very often. I really did not have to struggle with cases because my coworkers were there to offer solutions as well as general help. It was extremely helpful to have a team on some cases.
Cons : Unfortunately, the firm employs many attorneys, and as a result, attorneys are underpaid. The pay was below standard and became unacceptable.
