Review:

"Excellent place to work "

Current Employee - Reviewed on July 21, 2017

It is hard to maintain work life balance as project deadlines are often aggressive. Plenty of opportunities to grow your career as desired.

Pros : Kelley Drye & Warren LLP is a high pace environment Law Firm but very rewarding once a project is complete. Wonderful environment and held to high standards. They will do anything to make sure their employees are happy. I would say that the culture is very employee friendly.
Cons : Steep learning curve. You need to be ready for a lot of changes and to handle uncertainty. No real work life balance possible due demands at work.
