Wealth Management Trust Administrator The candidate will be responsible for providing administration of complex trust and investment management account relationships. Will compliance with BMO Private Bank policies and procedures. Will maintain appropriate contact with customers through mailings, telephone calls and correspondence to satisfy and exceed customer expectations. Will work effectively with internal departments (Legal, Tax, Compliance, Real Estate and Special Assets) as needed for account administration as well as market based professionals to provide a team approach to client service.. will timely completion of internal projects, regulatory reviews and compliance monitors. Will trust administration to fulfill the terms and purposes of the trust. Will demonstrate strong team work and work ethic to support all members of PCA team as needed.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate must have bachelor’s Degree required. Should have professional Certifications and/or Advanced Degrees preferred: JD, CPA, CFA, CTFA. Must have 3 years related trust experience. Should have excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have ability to handle larger volume of accounts in centralized, telephone based administration team.
