Advisory Risk and Regulatory Senior Associate, Fall 2018 The candidate will analyze the financial regulatory environment e.g., laws, rules, and standards, to assist in the understanding of the impact on clients operations, researching and analyzing pertinent client, industry, and technical matters. Will prepare relevant memoranda and presentations for client and team members. Draft and implement regulatory compliance and risk management procedures. Conduct regulatory research on current and upcoming rules issued by federal, state, and global regulatory agencies. Analyze policies and procedures to assess divergences from regulatory standards. Perform risk assessments and conduct mock regulatory examinations. Craft responses in response to regulatory enforcement actions. Organize and coordinate client teams to implement new processes and procedures. Work closely with company's team of former senior regulators and agency heads. Identify process improvements and preparing recommendations for people, process and technology, especially the execution of projects and deliverables that demonstrate creative thinking and individual initiative. Should have a J.D. degree preferably with 3.3 GPA.
