ProfileConflicts Attorney The candidate will join the Legal Services Department. Will provide support to all levels of personnel throughout the Firm. Review and analyze conflicts of interest reports with respect to clients, matters and incoming lawyers. Facilitate resolution of potential conflicts problems for lawyers firm wide. Advise as to necessary waivers, and, upon request, assist in drafting waivers and engagement letters. Other duties as may be assigned to fully meet the requirements of the position.
Qualification and Experience
Ideal candidate should have a JD and 5 years of legal experience. Experience with conflicts analysis strongly preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills required. Ability to work productively with firm personnel at all levels. Strong analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills required.
