ProfileConflicts Specialist Responsibilities: Produces a database search and compiles an analysis of conflict information to attorneys for business intake. Provides preliminary guidelines and analysis for attorneys in resolving potential issues and conflicts and assists with questions and additional research as required. Handles confidential information on a routine basis including special matters and incoming lateral hires. Supports Business Review Committee with projects and conflict monitoring. Participates in client intake assignments, including client and matter openings and special database projects. Other duties as assigned.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or JD Degree preferred. Law Firm experience preferred. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in matters that require discretion and adhere to firm policies and procedures. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Accuracy, attention to detail and good organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong time-management skills and ability to multi-task. Strong client service focus and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision.
