Workers Compensation Attorney The candidate will handle Workers Compensation Cases. Will be responsible conducting and overseeing depositions, mediations, planning trial/hearing strategies, negotiating, and representing our clients in all phases of the workers compensation process.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Law Degree. Must be licensed in the State of Florida. Georgia license is a plus. 3-5 years Plaintiff Workers Compensation Experience. Proven Plaintiff Workers Compensation experience. Must have proven workers compensation hearing experience. Comfortable conducting depositions, mediations, planning trial/hearing strategies, and meeting with clients. Proficient representing clients in all phases of workers compensation process. Strong written and oral communication skills.
