Complex Tort Litigation Associate Duties: Work closely with partners and be part of a dedicated team, and can expect to assume such responsibilities as: Drafting and preparing pleadings, motions and other litigation documents; Conducting legal research and writing; Managing Discovery; Working on all aspects of pretrial to trial.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements: Excellent academic credentials. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of California and be in good standing; 3-5 years of asbestos and/or tort litigation experience is strongly preferred; State Court experience is required and Federal Court experience is a plus; Strong writing and analytical skills; Excellent interpersonal skills and is able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues; Ability and experience to support high profile trials and working with high volume matters is required.
