Min 3 yrs required
Litigation Legal Assistant/Paralegal Duties: Will join the community associations practice group. Will communicate with clients, witnesses, judicial assistants and other attorneys and staff. Prepare legal documents, correspondence, memoranda, presentation materials for hearings and mediation, and discovery requests and discovery responses. Scheduling and other various administrative duties. Maintain files and manage electronic and paper records. Compile and produce documents in response to production requests. Provide litigation support. Review and analyze financial and other case-related documents.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications : The candidate should have 3+ years of litigation experience, including experience in drafting legal documents. Familiarity with time entry processes. Excellent writing, communication skills and time management skills. Detail oriented. Familiarity with local rules and procedures is preferred. Ability to work well in a teamwork-driven environment. Ability to multi-task. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
