Associate-Litigation The candidate will assist and manage growing litigation caseload involving commercial dispute resolution and personal injury cases (plaintiff). Will include electronically filing documents in state and federal court; calendaring; drafting and responding to discovery responses; case research; client reporting on timely basis; ordering, reviewing, and summarizing medical records in personal injury cases; adhering to docket control orders; assisting in litigation file management and prompt preparation of motions, as well as taking and defending depositions.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Must have: 2-3 years of litigation experience required. Spanish language a plus. Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Requires motivated self-starter and team player.
