Mid-level Litigation Attorney The candidate must have 5+ years of litigation experience. Should have taken and defended depositions in cases without supervision. Taking or defending expert depositions would be a plus. Must be able to draft and respond to discovery requests with little supervision. Should have experience working on document review and production, preparing an administrative record or assembling discovery documents, and preparing privilege logs. Must be efficient and effective in performing legal research and able to produce superior written work product, whether formal briefs or distilled, practical advice for clients in email or memorandum. Should have substantive experience with any of the following areas: environmental, energy, planning, land use, agriculture, and product safety laws. Note: The billable hour expectation is 1850 billable hours a year.
