Staff Attorney The candidate will provide representation, advocacy, and information for youth in juvenile dependency, special education, guardianship, family law, and other matters, including working on issues affecting CSEC and transition-aged foster youth. Participate in meetings with project partner and community agencies. Respond to referrals from service providers and partner agencies. Provide technical assistance to attorneys and service providers. Participate in general office upkeep duties, including computer data entry of case information, filing,copying, drafting and filing court documents, and serving notice. Member in good standing of the State Bar of California is needed. Bilingual and bicultural Spanish, Vietnamese, or other relevant non-English speaker is preferred. Experience in courtroom advocacy and administrative advocacy is preferred. Demonstrated commitment to the rights of children and youth is needed. Experience working with individuals from multi-ethnic communities is desired
