E-Discovery Analysis and Review Technology Manager The candidate will work collaboratively to define and identify an advanced technology toolkit to be available to the firm’s case teams in a variety of litigation and investigatory matters. Develop and implement processes and workflows using advanced technology and analytics to enhance document review. Proactively consult with case team members on workflows using advanced technologies within a variety of e-discovery platforms including Relativity Analytics and Relativity Assisted Review. Communicate and present expertise in machine learning concepts and best practices to non-technical senior lawyers to facilitate Litigation Department education initiatives and deployment of effective ESI and document review strategies. Employ early case assessment and analysis strategies on high volume data sets empowering case team members to make informed case management decisions. Design and implement a Relativity training program for the firm's lawyers and paralegals. Leverage knowledge of advanced visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and techniques to aid case teams in representing complex data stories. Monitor and control review performance associated with technology-assisted review and develop performance tracking metrics for senior management and customer evaluation. And assist in the daily management of the eDART team including performance planning and review, compliance with best practices, and leading team meetings. Bachelor’s degree required. JD or advanced mathematics degree preferred. Must have 5+ years of experience with managing review and analysis projects and 2+ years of experience and supervising and managing personnel. Should have thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process, including evolving standards created through case law, rulemaking, and groups such as EDRM and The Sedona Conference.
