Professional Liability Litigation Associate The candidate will take and defend depositions. Will attend and defend and/or prosecute trials and other hearings. Must be willing to travel on as needed basis. Must be well-versed in the rules of evidence and introducing evidence. Will be required to attend any and all hearings, mediations and other duties as assigned.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have 3-7 years of litigation experience, with professional liability experience a plus. Should have litigation/courtroom experience. Must have bachelor's Degree and superior academic credentials from a top tier accredited law school. Must be member in good standing of the Bar of the State of California. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office products. Must have ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects. Must possess strong organizational skills. Must have ability to identify and resolve problems quickly.
