ProfileSenior Program Manager The candidate will manage the core litigation support programs with the capability to manage the full life cycle of Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Fixed Unit Price (FUP), Time and Material (T&M), and hybrid programs, projects, and bids as well as to coordinate activities with other managers of those activities, grow the business portfolio, and assist counterparts to do the same. Will support a full spectrum of litigation support and e-discovery solutions to the Federal Government including both execution and business development and capture activities. Provide productivity and management analytics and methodologies, especially tracking of client issues which need to be addressed, solutions to those issues, task order pursuit and capture, and performance in relation to those issues. Understand and execute opportunity development and capture, as well as coordinate all related activities to ensure client concerns are addressed, offerings and proposals are in sync, and contractual and business requirements are achieved. Be directly responsible for the overall management and coordination of such efforts across the spectrum of technologies and needs of company's litigation support clients.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and 12 years of directly related experience or a Master's degree and 8 years of directly related experience. J.D. degree is preferred. Should have demonstrated knowledge and problem resolution in all aspects of investigations and litigation support, and related activities. Financial management capabilities, including forecasting, valuation of performance, and invoicing in a large and complex environment, are required. Should have high-level skills in pricing, scheduling, and establishing clear and complete connection between customer needs and proposed solutions. Direct personal experience with tracking and management of high volumes of task orders is needed. Direct personal experience with proposal management, competitive analysis, pricing, and completeness/compliance reviews is required. Experience presenting to industry, clients, and internal personnel of all levels is essential. Experience working with the federal government, especially the Department of Justice, OIGs, JAGs, and financial oversight agencies is a must. Should have extensive knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and invoicing. Established knowledge of industry tools for hosting, e-discovery, computer forensics, processing, and related activities is required. Experience in streamlining review workflow and methodologies is a must. Specialized experience with the financial, technical/solutions development, and business development aspects of the job is preferred. In depth knowledge of Federal litigation support agencies and client advice and guidance, especially problem resolution is an asset.
