Should have 7-12 years of commercial litigation experience. Should ideally have substantial experience conducting complex discovery, drafting complex motions and briefs, conducting depositions, preparing witnesses for testimony, and assisting in trial preparation in both state and federal courts. Experience appearing for status conferences, arguing discovery motions and arguing dispositive motions preferred, and trial experience is a plus. Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
