Legal - Legal Discovery Project Manager - AVP The candidate will join the Legal Discovery Management (LDM) group’s case management team in the Legal Department. This is an Assistant Vice President level position responsible for coordinating discovery activities related to litigation and regulatory inquiries. Advise and coordinate discovery strategy for domestic and international litigation, internal reviews, regulatory enforcement actions and inquiries. Work in close coordination with internal attorneys, outside counsel, vendors, LDM teams, and the firm’s internal eDiscovery IT group across jurisdictions. Coordinate early case planning, matter scoping, discovery strategy/execution and productions. Liaise and drive matters forward with key stakeholders. Communicate issues, coordinate escalations and manage expectations of case teams. Coordinate and lead strategic projects, including LDM initiatives and programmatic work.
Qualification and Experience
A Bachelor’s degree required. PMP certification or equivalent is preferred. J.D. a plus. Should have 3 years of eDiscovery experience. Experience project managing litigation regulatory matters is preferred. Must have strong understanding of eDiscovery, EDRM, and Relativity review platforms. Excellent oral and written communication skills are needed.
