Review:

"How Most Firms Should Be"

Current Employee - Reviewed on August 18, 2017

There needs to be a clearer and better format when it comes to an employee getting promoted at the firm. But it's a minor issue.

Pros : Partners here know how to keep associates happy. My fellow attorneys and I have good resources to do our jobs. They have good salaries that are competitive with other firms. The superiors also keep communication with subordinates.
Cons : The only flaw I can mention is that there tends to be few opportunities for advancement at the firm sometimes. But it's something that tends to change depending on the amount of trust an associate gains from some partners.
