Senior Discovery Consultant - Sales Duties: Responsible for new business accrual from initial contact to close. Understanding of the legal environment, specifically knowledge of the litigation process and litigation support solutions, including the electronic data discovery process. Business development with concentration on adding new clients for Xact Data Discovery. EDD/ESI or technology based sales experience is a plus.

Qualification and Experience

Requirements: BA/BS or equivalent experience required, JD Degree or MBA strongly preferred. 5+ years high level executive sales or litigation support experience. Must have exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. English fluency required. Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced, team oriented environment where effective individual and team selling is critical to success. Keep abreast of Electronic Data Discovery industry trends and market pressures. Current contacts and/or book of business in this marketplace, and EDD/ESI or technology based sales experience. Some travel may be required. Experienced sales professional with a successful track record of building and developing sales and marketing strategies involving electronic discovery, document review, forensics, hosting, imaging and coding services and paper discovery to law firms and corporate general counsel. Strategic thinker with a high caliber understanding of business development and technology. Highly developed executive presentation skills; open, effective communicator and relationship builder, able to influence and persuade decision makers at all levels of the organization. Thorough understanding of the selling and buying coalition and the ability to achieve revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis, as well as other sales metrics established by sales management. A consultative sales approach. Capable of performing in a fast-paced, demanding and deadline driven industry.
