Workplace Safety Associate The candidate should be an OSHA attorney to assist senior associates and shareholders and assume a major role in litigation with extensive contact with client representatives and opposing counsel. Should have a J.D. degree, and be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of employment. During employment, should meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice. Must have 3-5 years of workplace safety experience either at a firm or government agency. Outstanding academic credentials (Top 20% of law school class preferred) are required. Excellent analytical and writing skills are needed.
