Should have 2-4 years of employment counseling, general employment litigation, wage and hour class action litigation experience, and a strong interest in employment litigation and counseling. Excellent academic record and writing skills are required, and large law firm experience is preferred. Must be admitted and a member in good standing of the CA Bar to apply or eligible to sit for the CA Bar.
