"Great People And Lawyers"

Current Employee - Reviewed on August 04, 2017

Better incentives to work more hours is something that I think would help motivate some associates such as myself during times when it becomes a little overwhelming.

Pros : The firm has a great stable of lawyers who are knowledgeable in different fields of law. I really continue to learn a lot from them. But what I found to be very admirable as well is that since the firm deals with family law as well, a lot of my fellow associates concentrate on being understanding and caring when it comes to such cases. This helps develop a good relationship with some of our clients. It is something that I think has made me a better lawyer.
Cons : The workload seems to be a bit much considering the pay isn't that great for those like me who have just started out at the firm.
