ProfileAssociate Litigation Attorney The candidate will represent clients in commercial litigation cases in business, real estate and construction related disputes. Will have total start-to-finish responsibility for own caseload. Draft complaints and cross complaints. Draft motions and oppositions to motions and appear in court to argue them. Draft and oppose discovery and dispositive motions. Propound and respond to discovery. Conduct and defend depositions. Draft and negotiate settlement agreements. Substantial prior litigation experience in California is required. Knowledge of business, real estate and construction law is needed. Should be a member of the California Bar. Ability to draft, format and proof file-ready pleadings is essential.
