Corporate Counsel - Litigation The candidate will report to the VP Assistant General Counsel. Will support the attorneys on the Litigation and Regulatory team on a variety of litigation matters and disputes, including support on early case assessment, factual development, discovery and hearings/trials. Manage subpoena responses, legal holds and other procedural litigation matters. Conduct and/or manage legal research. Assist attorneys with investigations and regulatory issues/inquiries, as needed.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have strong academic credentials and 4+ years of commercial litigation experience in law firm or in-house settings. Experience in health care/health insurance, or other insurance-related litigation preferred. Employment matter experience is a plus, as is experience supervising the work of paralegals. Must be a member in good standing of a relevant State Bar. Periodic travel may be required.
