Government Contracts Lawyers The candidate must have: a counsel/junior partner lawyer with 10-20 years of legal experience; experience in the following government contracts practice areas: Litigation, including bid protests, disputes, and claims; Procurement fraud investigations and related litigation; General counseling on government contracts-related business and regulatory issues, including, but not limited to, government contract formation, compliance, M&A due diligence, data rights and subcontracting. Must be capable of interacting with company executives in key industries, such as manufacturing, information technology, professional services, and life sciences, and possess strong client and business development skills. Minimum portable practice of $250,000 desirable for the associate/counsel position, and $350,000-500,000 for the counsel/junior partner position.
