Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have litigation and courtroom experience as well as significant years of experience in most, if not all, areas of employment litigation defense. Should have experience in an employment litigation practice. Some jury trial and/or arbitration experience would be helpful. Should have a proven ability to get and develop clients and experience and commitment to systematic client development activity. Some portable business is a plus. Strong analytic, writing and verbal skills and sound academic credentials is required.
