Paralegal Candidate's responsibilities include researching, writing, reviewing and preparing vital information as it relates to court cases and other legal matters in support of an attorney or other administrative supervisor. Review assigned documents; prepare documents in response to request redacting information as required. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualification and Experience
Candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Paralegal studies, or a certificate from an accredited paralegal training institution or any combination of criminal paralegal experience/education/training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the work. Knowledge of current civil and criminal law and terminology, court rules and procedures is needed. Knowledge of current research methods and practices is required.
