Qualification and Experience
Qualifications : A Bachelor’s degree; ABA approved paralegal certificate. The candidate should be highly qualified corporate paralegal with 5+ years of experience at a major law firm. Should have strong transactional paralegal experience in corporate finance and M&A transactions at a major law firm. Should have solid experience handling start-up work and securities filings, public company reporting, merger filings and fund formation skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Strong organizational and communication skills and take initiative skills. Ability to manage paralegal matters independently.
