Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist attorneys in both the San Francisco and New York offices reporting to the Paralegal Coordinator in New York. Occasional overtime may be required during periods of heavy workflow. Will organize and prepare pleadings and discovery documents and support litigation by reviewing, finalizing and compiling documents for attorneys. Handle filing and service of documents in federal court, state court, and arbitration, including understanding applicable rules. Speak with clients and potential clients to pursue investigations into corporate wrongdoing and collect evidence, and provide information. Manage large document discovery databases. Provide other assistance to attorneys as appropriate. Must have 1-2 years of experience in a law firm setting.
