ProfileProject Manager Duties: Coordinate and determine best practices with application function and workflow. Develop, document and distribute best practice solutions to organization. Foster client relationship and ensure overall satisfaction. Develop thorough understanding of project workflow, critical path and timelines. Manage project implementation including site, database and security specification. Document scope of all projects and assure client review and approval. Build efficient team approach and facilitate effective communications. Work within timelines and budget parameters. Assure quality, accuracy and timeliness of all aspects of implementation. Delegate tasks to appropriate inter-departmental staff. Communicate proper expectations for scope, deadlines and cost to our clients. Provide preliminary sales consulting as requested and approved by Manager.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Paralegal and/or Project Management certification preferred. 5 years’ experience in project management and/or litigation support. Experience with eDiscovery and current technologies. Exceptional analytical and logical skills. Ability to coordinate and conduct client presentations. Effective written and oral communications. Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Flexibility and adaptability to handle a changing and growing work load. Thorough knowledge of project management and information management methodology. Positive and professional relationships at all levels. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
