ProfileBusiness Immigration Paralegal Duties: Preparation and filing of petitions, H-1B visa applications and labor certification applications. Our outstanding paralegals also compile and analyze case facts, draft correspondence, maintain and organize client documentation and have direct contact with multiple employees. Successful candidates will have superb writing skills with proven attention-to-detail, specifically impeccable spelling and grammar. Work under the direct supervision of attorneys and senior paralegals but will be expected to work independently as well. Our paralegals handle approximately 50-75 cases and are responsible for informing their team of attorneys and senior paralegals of upcoming deadlines specific to their clients’ immigration cases.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program, is preferred. Employment-based immigration paralegal experience is preferred but not required. Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INS Zoom, and a document management system. Strong writing skills, have excellent attention to detail, be able to multi-task and work independently toward team goals. Outstanding case/project management and organizational skills are required. Must be able to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.

I would like to see better management put into place so that the work load is better balanced throughout the weeks and the months. This way there is always work to be done without being overwhelmed.Pros : The starting pay is excellent and the benefits (such as 401K) are top notch. I also found everyone to be very helpful and the work environment was very laid back.
