"Great Upward Mobility "

Current Employee - Reviewed on July 21, 2017

I think management should focus on reducing the caseload and putting programs in place to prevent associates and support staff from burning out.

Pros : This is a large firm, but all employees are given opportunities to advance into better positions. This goes for support staff as well as associates.
Cons : Caseloads here are pretty high and it's easy to become overwhelmed and burn out. There isn't really a lot of support to prevent issues with work/life balance.
