"A Great Place to Work, but Needs Better Management"

Current Employee - Reviewed on July 28, 2017

There needs to be a management team here. It would end a lot of frustration and everyone would be on the same page for projects.

Pros : The people here really are passionate about their work. It feels great to be able to work on projects with people that actually wanted to work and not slack around and drag the team down. Everyone here is upbeat and positive.
Cons : It can be unorganized and confusing at times. There is a clear lack of management in the firm. We stay focused on our projects, but there is no clear person to report to when we run into a snag. It is frustrating.
