Estate Planning Paralegal Duties: Assist estate planning attorneys. Draft estate administration documents. Proof estate administration documents. Assist with client final signings. Greet guests and clients. Providing general administrative support to our estate planning attorneys. Assist with various firm projects. Attend and assist with our estate planning seminars.

Qualification and Experience

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate. 2-3 years relevant experience. Detail oriented, efficient, and organized. Competent computer skills. Friendly and pleasant personality. Quick learner, comfortable with uncertainty and change. Strong work ethic and self-motivated. Good writing skills and ability to proofread. Flexible schedule – some nights and Saturday mornings are required. Preferred: Experience in a law firm.
