Assistant Paralegal/Writer The candidate will be working directly with Attorneys and other Senior Paralegals representing employers in sponsoring foreign workers for immigration. A junior team member under direct supervision, the Assistant Paralegal / Writer will assist in case processing (forms, support letters and Firm Correspondence). Duties include drafting government forms, writing detailed persuasive letters, maintaining files, reviewing documents, identifying issues, and communicating with clients. Duties include: Perform intake of cases once assigned; Draft Petitions/Applications and file with government agency; Writing detailed persuasive letters; Analyzing and summarizing published works of candidates; Maintain client contact information; Provide status updates; File documents in proper order; Update case management system; Learn procedural and processing requirements for various types of non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications and Build knowledge of Firm and client processes. The candidate should have done BA or BS or higher GPA having 0-2 years experience. Note: Must adhere to the Firm’s privacy and confidentiality policies.
