Labor & Employment - Legal Secretary The candidate will partner with multiple attorneys to provide support for their labor & employment practice. Support attorneys in connection with all aspects of case management and document production; transcription, heavy document editing, proofreading and finalizing legal documents. Working with EEOC and DOL, in addition to e-filing in state, federal and appellate courts, AZTurboCourt, and time entry. Maintaining attorney calendars, scheduling meetings and conferences. Other duties as assigned.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: 3-5 years of legal experience. Exceptional technical skills required including knowledge of MS Word, MS Outlook, and Adobe Professional. Ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication and client service skills. Must be detailed oriented, excellent grammar and spelling skills. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment are essential.
