Paralegal Training Coordinator The candidate will assist with the design and implementation of a training program for the ECVC paralegal assistants and paralegals. Job duties include hiring, supervising, training, and ensuring the professional development of the ECVC paralegal assistants and paralegals. Should have 1O+ years of recent corporate securities paralegal experience working with emerging growth companies. Must have strong knowledge of California and Delaware corporate law, federal and state securities laws, option plan administration, venture capital finance and private company M&A experience required. Must demonstrate analytical ability and the ability to set priorities and exercise independent judgment. Must have experience training department support staff such as paralegal assistants and/or paralegals. Experience with public offerings, public company reporting/compliance,and secured lending a plus. Knowledge of eShares software a plus.
