ProfileLitigation Assistant The candidate should have 1-3 years of experience. Job responsibilities include: Input billable hours of set name partners daily; Track and maintain retention chart of insurance cases and follow up with unpaid third-party invoices; Properly file and keep track of third-party document production of executed subpoenas and orders of production for cases; Manage deadlines on litigation calendar for department; Draft SEC and FINRA responses, bates stamp and properly file document productions; Prepare travel arrangements, manage personal calendars and screen phone calls for name partners; Assist in the preparation of mediations, depositions and hearings for litigation partners and associates. Experience in drafting table of contents and table of authorities required. Experience in E-filing and using Pacer is preferred.
