Paralegal Clerk Responsibilities: Assist attorneys and secretaries with document revisions. Search and retrieve information from court-related databases as well as other online sources of case information. Prepare records, exhibits and notebooks for depositions, client meetings and trial support. Maintain calendars to track deadlines and status of cases, coordinate and schedules meetings, depositions, and conference calls. Review, analyze and organize document productions. Organize documents by saving to various document management systems. Calendaring in eDockets. Other duties as assigned.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: 4+ years Litigation Secretarial experience. Good working knowledge of legal documents. Knowledge and ability to assist with paralegal, billable work. Attention to detail and organizational skills are critical. Proficient with e-filing with federal and state courts. Clear and effective communication skills both orally and in writing. Must be able to multitask and successfully manage a variety of demands daily.
