ProfileSenior Paralegal The candidate will draft contracts and other written documents. Will assist with and conduct contract negotiations. Ensure contract terms are consistent with firm policies and with legal and regulatory advice. Act as liaison to business personnel, responding to routine questions and, where necessary, seeking feedback from additional resources needed to respond to questions. Work closely with business functions to understand their needs and streamline legal processes. Provide training/education to business clients on firm’s agreement processes. BS / BA degree is needed. Paralegal certificate is needed. Should have 5+ years Paralegal experience or contract management work experience. Contract drafting experience is needed. Experience working directly with business clients is needed. Medical Device or Medical Insurance industry experience is a plus. Experience drafting, reviewing, modifying and negotiating a wide variety of agreement types is needed. Experience negotiating contracts is essential. Excellent written/oral communication skill is advantageous.
