Labor and Employment/Affirmative Action Paralegal The candidate must have: Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or paralegal certificate and 5 years of relevant work experience. 4+ years of experience in all aspects of Litigation and preferably experience drafting federal affirmative action plans (“AAP)”. Knowledge of Relatively, or other document management software and Excel, Peoplefluent or other AAP software is preferred. Experience working with insurance carrier guidelines and strong knowledge of OFCCP regulations a plus. Must be detail oriented and have excellent math, communication, writing, organizational, and computer skills.
