Paralegal The candidate will organize documents and coordinate document productions, including medical records. Will assist attorneys with propounding and responding to discovery (interrogatories, requests for admissions, and request for production, subpoenas) and motions (preparation of any supporting documents and exhibits). Review, organize and summarize medical records and deposition transcripts. Manage corporate documents for clients. Prepare probate documents, including wills and trusts.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate. Must have 3-5 years of paralegal experience in litigation. Probate and corporate practice areas a plus. Knowledge of Word/Excel/Outlook is required. Should have excellent personal skills, including experience meeting and communicating, in person, as well as orally and in writing, with clients, opposing counsel, experts and vendors. Must have experience calendaring discovery and litigation deadlines and depositions.
