Docketing Specialist Duties: Will join the intellectual property group. Will work closely with the Docketing Manager and Intellectual Property practice group to analyze, update, and maintain records on docketing software. Will be responsible for analyzing, updating, and maintaining records on docketing software; following strict guidelines; integrating new client intake files; and creating client reports.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications : Paralegal certificate or Bachelor’s degree is a plus. Intellectual Property experience with trademarks is preferred. Experience in legal industry or professional service industry is preferred. Should be detail-oriented, with excellent follow-through. Strong project management and prioritization skills. Flexibility to appropriately manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Demonstrated “client first” mentality: responsive, flexible, adaptable. Proven ability to develop creative solutions. Should be quick learner. Superior Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
