Trademark Paralegal The candidate will assist attorneys in acquiring, protecting and maintaining trademark rights in the U.S. and foreign jurisdictions. Will be conducting independent research related to U.S. and foreign trademark prosecution and procedures, preparing and filing routine and non-standard/complex U.S. and international trademark applications, providing database management support including work related to trademark portfolio management, and communicating regularly with domestic and international clients and attorneys as well as the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and foreign counterparts.

Qualification and Experience

Candidate should have Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience with 2+ years’ experience related to trademark prosecution, a strong working knowledge of USPTO rules and regulations, and experience with the Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS). Strong customer service orientation, excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of personnel, clients and foreign associates and superior problem solving skills.
