Legal Assistant/Paralegal The candidate will work on business, regulatory, real estate and estate planning matters for an attorney who spends over half the time as general counsel for a heavily regulated family-owned business. Position involves a wide range of duties, encompassing paralegal, legal secretary and office manager roles. Duties include drafting of corporate and estate planning documents; information gathering and management; preparation of charts, graphs, and schedules; significant file organization and maintenance; interaction with clients; and some typing and phones. Will also need to have or to obtain a Notary Public commission. Must have Bachelor degree. Should have law firm experience or paralegal certificate. Estate planning paralegal experience a plus.
